We work across two lines of business that feed each other: our own AI products, and engineering delivery for companies that need a system built properly the first time.
The work is concrete rather than advisory. Our AI systems are used by 200+ Japanese firms. Our POS and payment software runs in 10,000+ retail stores. We have clients and operations across Germany, China and the United States alongside Thailand and Japan — six countries in total, including Bangladesh.
That range is deliberate. Retail hardware, Japanese accounting compliance, and cross-border payments look like unrelated problems, but each one teaches the same lesson: the system either holds up under real transaction volume, or it does not. We build for the first case.
Most software that fails does not fail because the code was bad. It fails because nobody decided, early and in writing, how the system was supposed to fit together — so every later feature is bolted onto a foundation that was never designed to carry it.
We start at the architecture: the data model, the integration boundaries, the failure modes, what happens when the network drops in the middle of a payment. Then we build to that design and stay with it in production. It is slower to start and dramatically cheaper to live with.
Before anyone writes a line of code, we decide how data moves, where state lives, and which parts must never fail. That document is the deliverable that outlives the build.
Devices at the edge, one cloud underneath, AI on top. A tax firm, a bus network and a restaurant chain run the same shape of system — which is why we can move fast on a new domain.
Our own products are live and in commercial use. Running software in production is what teaches you which shortcuts cost you two years later.
There is a large market for billable developer time — body shops, staffing agencies, freelance marketplaces. It works when you already have a technical leader who knows exactly what to build and simply needs more keyboards. If that is your situation, that market is cheaper than we are, and you should use it.
We exist for the other situation: you know the business problem, you do not have an in-house architect, and you need to end up owning a system rather than a pile of tickets.
